Anza Dress - Workwear

Satin backed Dupion crepe is a beautiful and durable fabric but it was slippy and it frayed easily! £6/m Fabric Land. I am really pleased to have a smart new navy dress that is not overly formal. I made the dress from two metres of fabric but I used navy satin for the facings to match the inside.  My fabric was purchased for a Vientiane skirt in November and my satin is from 2014! I kept it for pocket facings and it was just the right colour.
I'm considering Anza skirts using a 5cm elastic as they will be very practical - you can cycle in these. The skirt is neat and non-showy, I love the hi low hem at the sides. I'd like a navy version and a grey with black drawstring.
